Run With the Bulls? Not I.

Today marks the opening of “encierro” or The Running of the Bulls in Pamplona, Spain.

The streets are filled with tomatoes and wine to celebrate and the 2,000 lb chunks of beef, Sirloins and New York strips that run the streets. There have been 14 recorded deaths since the runs began in 1924.

I find no interest in participating in this fiasco but a co-worker of mine is engaging in this crazy stuff today. So, this video is to honor his running, if he makes it. Run Forrest, Run!

2,000 lb chunks of beef, Sirloins and New York strips that run the streets — I couldn’t have thought of a better way to say that!
Good luck to your friend! If you want to read about someone else’s run – I welcome you take a look at my story about when I met Montanista. (Who weighed in at just short of 1200 pounds!
