Each week we have the privilege of bringing you the Game Day Forecast by none other than WTVQ’s own Meteorologist, Mary Wasson.

Lexington’s Forecast:

Fall has FINALLY arrived with more seasonable temperatures!

Behind a cold front that moved in Friday evening a much cooler air mass will take over the Commonwealth. Temperatures will only warm into the mid to upper 70s and expect plenty of sunshine throughout the afternoon. Winds will be a bit breezy out of the northwest at 5-15 mph.

Gainesville Forecast:

It’s still feeling like summer in FLORIDA! Temperatures will heat up into the upper 80s and low 90s Saturday afternoon with scattered showers and storms…about a 60% chance. By game-time the storms should diminish with only a 20% chance and temperatures dropping into the upper 70s.

Hope the CATS can pull out a WIN! 🙂 GOOO CATS!
