Each week we have the privilege of bringing you the Game Day Forecast by none other than WTVQ’s own Meteorologist, Mary Wasson.

Lexington: Expect plenty of sunshine early on Saturday with temperatures in the low 40s but we’ll quickly warm up into the mid to upper 60s by the afternoon. Later in the day, expect a few clouds to develop as a cold front approaches from the Midwest. Some light showers will pop up along the front during the peak heating of the day and then push into Eastern Kentucky during the overnight period.

Oxford, MS: High pressure will dominate the weather in Mississippi causing clear skies with plenty of sunshine in the afternoon. It’ll be GORGEOUS day for the Wildcats to beat the Rebels! Highs in the upper 70s and low 80s with overnight lows in the 40s and 50s.

Enjoy and GOOOO CATS!
